The guy was defrauding municipal and state agencies by lying and creating fake 3M documents (authorization letters on fake letterhead) to get tens of millions in 3M mask orders during from hospitals.
They NEVER had the Mexican masks available they claimed to be able to buy for 28 cents per mask. They never had the (supplier of much needed mask) !!! They lied!!! They didn't bring anything but fraud to the world during the worst pandemic in American history!!!
