More misinformation and misunderstanding from the Maharajah of Mistakes who seems hellbent on maintaining his track record of being 100% wrong on everything related to this stock.

There hasn't been any recent registered agent changes, and CSC is just paid a few bucks to be a mail forwarder.
More importantly, QMC has/had two entities registered in Texas:
1) A Nevada corporation that has forfeited it's right to do business in Texas.
2) A Texas corporation that has been shut down.
