I know that Lucid (best EV hands down...) inked a deal with Panasonic.
While Fox ESS (the proper way the company name is stylized) does produce EV chargers for the European market, to my knowledge they have ZERO presence in the EV battery manufacturing arena anywhere on the planet.
Who knows! Perhaps the States is where they're going to cut their teeth...?
