QMC Health was originally a sub of QMC, but there is near zero chance the money funding QMC Health is going into QMC. It's a near certainty going directly into QMC Health and diluting QMC shareholders ownership of QMC Health.

My guess is that we haven't got an update because Squires doesn't want to tell the longs that they are effectively out of the picture.
