Good to see the SC industrial warehouse building (or part of) is all of a sudden no longer for lease and, coincidentally, for sale (or already leased) effective January 20, 2024. LOL
Must have been one helluva of site visit! LOL
expecting this South Carolina promo to last a few months to get through the long gap between 2023 Q3 10-Q filing and 2023 10-K and 2024 Q1 10-Q.
