He seems to think that by sending the authorities on Nick that he recoup his loses.
He just doesn’t get it that if SNPW in fact goes down
As you pointed out there would be nothing left to recoup.
The only way any of those shareholders recoup their loses is if the company succeeds before the RS.
As far as winners and losers during the run, it happens with every publicly traded company every where it is called investing.
