Maybe go back and look at the twitter grooming action prior to January 25, 2021?
The SG&A expenses (incl professional fees) accounting, along with hundreds of millions of convertible shares handed out, would be my biggest concerns if I was signing SEC filings as CEO and Treasurer.
But what do I know? I’m just an executive assistant.
