However, Trump hasn't been convicted ...are the charges serious yes. Are the Constitutional? Idk. So even if convicted. It goes to the Supreme Court as and conviction would affect all President past and present.
Going to have to identify also whether the DCCorp is bankrupt and or in Bankruptcy. If it is the FED doesn't have court status. GA might ...however it is falling apart with its own apparent criminal issues.
