A couple of scenarios I guess iwantu
The one I lean toward is having the trade fall in the Neutral column rather than a Buy. The last trade during regular hours show the 3 Ask Size at 2.9 million shares. The MMs raised the Ask to 4 before they executed this AH Trade which made 3 a Neutral Trade with the Bid at 2 .
There could also have been an element of waiting until the legitimate investor owned shares on the 3 Ask were removed at the EOD letting the MMs grab the whole 6 million share Trade for themselves.
