I've reported the problem with E*TradePro to E*Trade - they can see what I'm seeing ie no update to L2 since the open.
This is affecting trading as buyers don't know there are no .0004s left on the ask and basher clowns on the amateur forum are whacking the .0004 bid for peanuts if they managed to get the .00035/.0003s.
Still only 25.5M left at .0005 - despite the additional 40M+ bought at .0004 today by those adding to their inventory for trading much higher later.
