The Colorado decision is vacated as it was oppealed to the Supreme Court... as written that was all that was needed to keep Trumps name on the Ballot.
It would also mean in the Smith case dismissal as it is already a FED case. MEAN the DCCORP NO LONGER HAS standing with the court based on Maritime Law.
