I always thought UNVC development is in 2 phase's. THC/CBD based kind of failed. The next as we know today as a mental health telehealth company. Doc thought THC was going to be a schedules class 3 not class 1 . It looked like DOC was going to base his business plans. When he though we were going to launch. Without THC and the CBD revolution everyone got in and lowered the prices. DOC moved to telehealth most likely with inspiration of Lyda. I also believe eagle is in the fold. Now we stand on telehealth and the original business replacing opioid for THC is the lawsuit is going to make every pharmacy move to THC for pain Mangement. It looks like DOC original idea for UNVC finally know makes sense and the 2nd iteration Telehealth is near completion. So looks like 2 companies for 1
