I don't think Mondays' volume and pps spike, albeit a small one, was an accident, on top of holding the 7s' on Tuesday, on low volume on a shortened trading day on account of the holiday. This has been in steady decline limbo since the last run up on the debt restructuring news. Is a merger/ buyout in the works with Deltron? Their last pr seemed to offer something of a hint, IMO, with Insights officers taking on vacant positions at Deltron. These guys need to speak up. Silence MAY be golden, but only for so long. PPS seems to have established a bottom at .0005/.0006. With the right news, it's off to the races!
