- $0 revenue for over 6 months?
- Zero GEP panels sold in first 7 months of 24 month exclusive
- No loan in sight after 18 months waiting on that final piece for funding
- Property purchase agreement expired
- Medrecycler now owned by ceo
- Spp under the gun with Cac realty (ceo's side company) promissory note payback due by early April.
No PT.IDN solar tech (solar panel factory partner) invited to site visit?
No MES (nj) (lithium battery service company) invited to site visit?
Hope you can't hear those school kids playing outside during the site visit claiming to be able to produce 3GW of lithium batteries, per year, down the road and across the street from residential.
Another brainiac move after going through that 6 million pyrolysis experiment debacle.
Company should have never lost track of those 8 world-wide manufacturing and assembly locations where it claimed "it" "builds" its solar panels.
