I know I am excited just thinking about it GET MONEY.  You will make bank and get out of hot water with the Misses, and that has got to be a good feeling.  And, Junebug will have money for his daughter's wedding.  While we do not want to count our chickens before they are hatched, I have to say that HIMR sure seems like the best stock out there for the price and return on investment.  IMO
