Re: Dragonxbreath #7129
Guesses are GREAT...but that's exactly what they are...just guesses.
As you know (and every other long-term shareholder knows) full well, MYFLIX has ALWAYS been planned for launching AFTER the Form-10 is filed and FUNDING is received.
Have you seen the F10 filed yet? The answer is No. Why? because it's still in-process. Closer than ever, especially with the regaining of access to Edgar site.
Has there been ANY announcement of Mega-Funding yet? No. Why? Because that comes AFTER the F10 filing.
Therefore, what exactly do we need to hear about MYFLIX? Everything we need to know is already in the blog. If MYFLIX was dead, the CEO would have an obligation to inform ALL shareholders of that "material fact" within 5 days. Since he hasn't made such an announcement, then your assumption/prediction/guess is completely unfounded.
I recall that there are already 1000s of movies that have been mastered, converted and uploaded to the (background) MYFLIX site (the real site is not-yet-published/launched). Current public site (myflix.com) is simply a placeholder.
But I do understand your NEED to put yourself in a win-win position by trashing your own investment while benefitting greatly upon CEO reaching the imminent finish line, and delivering the goods. That tactic helps some folks cope with their anxieties. Whatever gets you through the night.
p.s. If you need to expedite things, feel free to send cash and FUND the company.
