Yes, the raid was sooner than some of us anticipated.  But with the huge recent run, it WAS to be expected.

For those of us longs who have been in awhile, and who have continued to support this stock, we know the 10-K is not the end-all-be-all.  PNCH needs to show growth, Q over Q.  That's all they need to do at this time.  And not be diluting too much -- just enough to cover costs, as all businesses that operate need to do.

I expect the 10-K to be OK.  I expect the Q1 to be better.  Then the Q2 even better.  And so on.  As PNCH extends its reach -- which we KNOW they are doing (ahem, 2500% growth!), advertising revs will come.  As CC installs more airports, more revs will come.  As Connectivision proceeds with more doctors office installations (would LOVE to get an update on this!), more revs will come.

PNCH is laying the path to profitability.  Steve says they are making money!  The questions are 'how much' and 'what's the growth rate'?  If the answers to these questions are good, look out above.
