Exactly Integracer02, the future of HIMR and North Cal seems to be hinted at very strongly in each of these press releases.  I suspect the timeline is much shorter than many people may think or expect, because North Cal's mission is to have complete control of their wood product from start to finish.  So, in my opinion, the only thing they may be looking for is a signed contract for wood harvesting.
