Never have a problem with someone venting.  The company needs to continue to improve in several areas, but mostly in making conservative projections and meeting or exceeding them.  They are doing a much better job communicating with shareholders, due in no small part to the work of Sean.  I'm not happy with the current pps, and also with the continuing delays that seem to keep popping up.  That being said, I am happy that production seems to be improving, thanks to the efforts of Bull.  I am extremely hopeful that we will very soon be out of these doldrums we've been stuck in for the last two months.  I think the TRRC reports for Feb will show improvement, and the next one should show some significant improvement.  Let's go TECO!
