OK....

I glanced thru the filing for Gimbal and did not see EDIG mentioned as prior art.

But, they would not have been able to see it till Nov 6 thru 20 when the lead NUNCHI patent and 5 add on's were issued.

Makes me wonder why the rejection late Nov has not been responded to in 4 months.

Jacobs was talking up Gimbal before and during CES in Jan?

I'm trying to find out the timetable to respond.
