Found this on OTC, under filings for S-8:
"On March 7, 2013, the Bankruptcy Court entered an o
rder confirming the Plan. The Plan provides that i
t will become effective
upon the completion of certain conditions precedent
, including other closing conditions under the Inve
stment Agreement. The Company
expects that all such closing conditions will be me
t and the Closing of the Transactions will occur on
or before April 1, 2013.
As a result of the Plan becoming effective on the C
losing, the outstanding common stock of the Company
will be cancelled, the
stock, stock options and agreements described above
will be terminated, and the offering pursuant to t
he Registration Statement will be
terminated. In accordance with undertakings made b
y the Company in the Registration Statement to remo
ve from registration, by means
of a post-effective amendment, any of the securitie
s which remain unsold at the termination of the off
ering, the Company hereby removes
from registration the securities registered but uns
old under the Registration Statement"
I don't think I would get near it, they need to get somethings fixed first.
