As I posted on the other board it's not the first time EGOC has been late with their filings.. I think they have been late 2 or 3 times since the ticker was bought from ol what's his face a couple of years ago..
That said They always seem to get up to date with their filing obligations although it seems to be a pattern of tardiness with them I guess they figure the PPS has already bottomed out and perhaps there is some financial incentive to postponing the filing ... who knows.. ?? the shadow knows! JMO
