Easy call. The SCOTUS WILL rule against Trump's claims of immunity for all that he did while president. Because not to, together with DOJ policy not to indict a sitting president, would in effect render him and future presidents as royalty, totally beyond the law while 'ruling' and after.
Is it likely that the Founding Fathers, after 'declaring' a long train of abuses that compelled our separation from England, would countenance a president beyond the law, forever?
