Dividend or forward would be good options, but may be a few years away with current SP. I am hopeful we can get back to $1 with no RS....that would be a good start. Nothing is guaranteed. I would rather see Verb not mention SP at all in releases as no one knows where it will go. I do think Verb is working hard to make this into a long term business. With SAS gone, they can focus on one thing...growing market. We all know that a group of people working towards one goal is effective. Recent pace of seller sign ups is a reflection. Small fish attract big fish, etc. Key short term measures in my opinion are to keep adding sellers, show revenue spikes, debt further paid down, get back Nasdaq compliance, & keep PRs coming to show progress.
