I would guess that they will take NuGenerex public at some point.
However, probably not until they have some results to increase value.
As far as Generex (GNBT), I think all that is left is an empty shell. The Trustee has sold off all the assets as far as I can tell, so now he is just paying bills with the proceeds.
Not sure why he hired a Canadian Special Counsel...going after more stuff in Canada?
