Real items affecting the Share price:
-sales and production
-innovation
-SEC/exchange compliancy.
-trading on a viable exchange (pink isnt viable)
-Share count/share structure (also not viable)
-Management and employees
Things that have a limited affect on SP:
-legislation
Hey ..if it were me I would focus on the first 6 items which are in OUR CONTROL ..rather than hoping for an item that doesn't affect us that much in the short term and is Out of our control.
also.. back to your original topic. So like you said.. if D's control house. and the R's take the senate (done deal) and WH (done deal) ..still leads to stale mate type deadlock on legislation.. IMO..what you want(legalization on federal level) will not occur for a long,long time still.. so lets focus on what we can control.
