I'm hoping that we get another offer, or rejection by the Institutions that really control the vote. I'm purchasing cheap calls in the hope that I'm right.
The penalty was put in place to prevent this, however if a company that's interested agrees with me that IMGN should be worth $40 or more a share the penalty will be a small part of their overall offer. Nothing would serve us better than a bidding war for IMGN.
I feel that whatever is to happen will do so by July, so July calls at $32 and $33 have been my target of choice at no more than a dime, many at a nickel.
