Agree. The 22 month hold was ultimately punitive and designed to stop Cytodyn in its tracks. This "pause" is not the same animal. Dr. Jay stated that this will enable the company to work with the FDA in designing the protocol for the next trial. That sounds like collaboration to me. Receiving their input along the way should make approval a fait accompli. At least that's what we would hope. The federal government can work in very strange ways.
