GM, I think that was what was bothering me about the last PR-why even bring up the fact that they plan to do a survey and research unless they know something already, which now I believe they do. They may be just being extremely cautious about what they officially say now-maybe after this filing they can open up alittle. Better to be safe than sorry I guess.
