I don't agree with that. The last run was an expectation of an EUA. This is more of a correction with other catalysts imminent, i.e. hold-lift, partnerships, etc.
Might feel similar but it's different. Was the stock worth $10 back then? No. It is worth $.16 now? No, it's worth somewhere in the middle IMO.
