HHSE: UPDATE to 11/22/23 blog:
HHSE - Form 8 Disclosures / and Edgar (SEC) Access
http://hannoverhousemovies.blogspot.com/2023/...r-sec.html
Although we now have direct access to publish disclosures and reports to the S.E.C. Edgar Department, we have lost several days of productivity attempting to properly format this Form 8 so that it could be uploaded. In the recent past, all "text" documents could be easily uploaded, with only the financial charts needing the metatags and formatting from an XBRL service. However, documents posted onto Edgar now must be in either raw text form (no formatting), or in "web page" HTML friendly form.
Our Form 8 below started with 402 HTML errors a week ago. We have whittled this down to 22 errors by laboriously making line-by-line corrections to the ASCII codes of the HTML formatting (which is not visible on the published files). However, we have hit an impasse on these final 22 HTML / ASCII errors, and have made the decision (and investment) to engage a 3rd party formatting company to complete the process on this Form 8 statement . We apologize for the delay... based on prior HHSE submissions to Edgar, we did not anticipate any format changes that would impede our filings.
Now we know... So, onward to the more important tasks at hand...
