Another way to look at it is whoever was "selling" in the last few days doesn't appear to be active this morning, which may explain why the share price hasn't dropped this morning. I expect it to break .22 today and maybe another run up before the end of the week, but that's just my opinion. I know how this stock has a tendency to make runs in the late afternoon.
