First post doesn't even mention healthcare, just his sad 'color is green' comment.

Second post is more typical, basically yet another vague 'coming soon'.

If there was anything legitimate, he'd be screaming it from the rooftops.

Given the recent 1:5 buy / sell ratio I would guess he will become increasingly desperate, he can't sell shares if there are no buyers.
