So many shady characters in UNVC's history...
Also, the 61M shares allocated to Bridgeview Capital Group - valued at almost $3M at the time of the deal ($213k now) - they were never explained either, what 'services' are they providing for those shares???
Taking everything we know into account, the whole thing reeks to high heaven.
And I'm still of the opinion Dalton prepares the corporate filings himself.
