UNVC: Ceeker for your information Doc can sell as many as the market will buy anytime he wishes without having to file any form 4.
The shares were Exempt from the time he got them, and UNVC isn't SEC compliant.

$UNVC FYI doc cannot sell more then 4% per quarter and hasn't and would require a form 4 to do so. those 100m shares are not for him to cash in...HE CAN'T . AGAINST THE LAW. So you out there posting nonsense about him selling etc are full of shit.
