When you're investing, you don't worry too much about timing.  I've bought whenever I've had funds -- some higher than where it is right now, some lower.  I've got my eye on the target and I'm only loading up until that point.

Sometimes I think trying to time it exactly right is what gets people in trouble.  Sometimes a stock can take off without you in it!
