I'm sure this was mentioned by another poster, but my favorite line from the PR announcing Dr. Jay as CEO, is his quote: "I believe the Company can make significant and immediate progress on a number of key objectives".

I don't think you use the word "immediate" unless you mean days or weeks - otherwise you could say "near-term" or something that suggests months. Could be i am reading too much into that, but he's a thoughtful guy, and clearly they think through what they write for a PR.

On that same topic, we're basically at the end of November, which is hard to believe. My assumption is that we hear something this week or next week regarding the hold.
