As per your earlier message. It doesn't really matter anymore. As for a current issue. As I said years ago - shareholders have/had a huge issue with the the patent assignees, amongst other issues. And as someone else once said - he should have partnered with a big boy and taken what he could get. A smaller something is better than nothing at all. BUT, it is what it is. Good luck to you.
