Where does Cytodyn stand with regard to the following statement
(is it true, btw ?) :
CEO’s and Board Members to get sued if they don’t take action against naked short selling
- Wes Christian states a group of lawyers will be taking action against CEO’s and Board Members who know there’s fraud, and naked shorting occurring in their stock and not meeting their fiduciary responsibilities to prevent these illegal practices
