The employment of Lalezari boils down to two basic scenarios, IMO :
A) FDA has signaled that the hold will be lifted and L. is now needed
to have competent discussions with potential/future partners. (Who else
@ CYDY for the time being would be in a positions to do that ?)
The FDA has come up with additional questions and who else @
CYDY than L. would be in a position to do satisfy such additional requests ?
(Parallel to answer such additional questions L. could speed up talks
with partners)
Whatever it is, it is a very good to clever move.
If it is one has to ask the question why this umpteenth request for more information : Were all the submissions in the past sub-standard and who's
responsability was it ?
