Greetings HHSE friends - At long last, HHSE was issued new access codes, pass-phrase, CCC, CIK and PMAC so that we can resume public filings via the S.E.C. Edgar Database.
There are several issues that the company's security counsel felt needed to be disclosed prior to our more substantive filings... and these are listed in the Form 8 below. We are working with the S.E.C. / Edgar Help Desk to try to get this Form 8 posted today... ONWARD.... and Happy Thanksgiving weekend to all.... HHSE MANAGEMENT
