A good logical question. But it didn't happen in the 3rd Q because it is not on the financials and IMO it would be a "material event" if Univec bought 51% of BioRemedies, requiring Doc to file an 8k within 4 days. So, IMO it didn't happen inside Univec.
Another further thought here. If, I am correct in the 51% purchase for 100 million of Doc's shares, then obviously BioRemedies has a high level of confidence that their 100 million shares will become valuable to them and the only way that happens is Doc follows thru and does the R/M, then their shares are golden.
