I haven't read one negative post here on the CEO news today, and that seems like a first for this board (at least as long as I've been here, about 2 years).
Question: Does anyone know how inclined Dr Lalezari might view a reverse stock split, has he ever mentioned how he feels about such a move? From what I know of reverse splits, I hope he never has considered it and never will.
Question 2: IIn Tanya's comment section on the PR, she said - "We anticipate Dr. Lalezari working with us for the next few months while the Company resolves the clinical hold . . ."
At first glance, it sounds like the hold may not be lifted in our 30 calendar day window. On second glance, it might just be legal-speak. So my question is, if the hold isn't lifted in the next week or two, is Dr Lalezari the kind of CEO who can leverage some long-standing relationships to shake this (strangle)hold?
