In the interest of "improved communication", as promised by management, I suggest that the BOD hold a CC with Dr. Jay. At that time he could address issues like "interim", expected deliverables of his hiring, and a forward looking mission statement. Such an event would please this board, but given the BOD's track record, I doubt that it will take place.
