Jay Lalezari is an impressive guy, and a great guy. I spoke and emailed with him a couple of times in the past several years - just a rock solid individual - and brings some great street cred as well. And as someone said, he is a big believer in (and really understands) our drug.

Curious as to why its only on an interim basis - i can only assume because either Jay didn't want to do the permanent gig - or the company has someone else identified, but needed a bridge as the process was running longer. Who knows.

Regardless, i'm very happy to have him in this role for whatever time period - to help get the hold lifted, bring a very sophisticated set of eyes to potential partnerships, help choose our next leader, and to ideally have a call with shareholders to give perspective on our current position.
