Had Nader not prematurely announced the agreement, and THEN the FDA came out with their anonymous letter that torpedoed the deal --
the deal would have been made.
It was clear that it was the FDA letter that squelched it.
Had he just shut up until it was signed, we would have gotten emergency approval there.
Let's give discredit where discredit is due. Nader's big mouth, tipping off Big Pharma and the shorts that there was about to be a big upward change -- and then the FDA's captive writer screwing us.
