Everyone saw that AVXL is applying in Europe, right?
This is great news. They understand perfectly that if they apply in the U.S. first, the FDA will slow-walk them for years so that the useless drugs by Big Pharma can continue collecting $200k/patient for years, even though they are ineffective. (But hey, FDA people need to make sure those jobs are waiting for them when they leave the FDA, right?)
So this is great news. If they can approved in the EU, it is going to be extremely difficult for the FDA to refuse to approve in the U.S.
