Tanya Urbach is a lawyer whose career has been at a wealth management firm, protecting against litigation. I work at a firm with a big wealth management component - we have high powered attorneys in the risk management arm - the thought of one of our lawyers running anything (other than pure defense) is scary. And the thought of one of them running an emerging biotech in a highly competitive space - really scary. And to be clear - she's making the decisions, because Antonio is a young guy who is an accountant.

Then again, there are many examples of lawyers leading great companies here in the U.S. - Apple, Google, Amazon, Tesla, etc. - wait, actually, it's the opposite - it's never been the case in any hugely successful company.
