That's just Hulk being Hulky. If the price dipped to .15 again, he'd probably sound more bullish. But we hit .18 so gotta drop a dampening post on a Saturday so others can digest over the weekend. There's a pattern to his writing that's been noticed by many and it's why he has so many legit longs on ignore.

I agree with you. The shareholder letter was very welcome. They had to put something out, and I think they chose the right approach.
