hoping we hear of a new leader soon. It's time for a realistic assessment of things. I had hoped we'd hear by now - not sure the prospect of getting news next week, given that it's Thanksgiving.
in connection with a new leader, i would love to hear that Tanya Urbach is gone. I believe that other than NP, she is the most toxic influence this company has ever faced. She is a risk-averse lawyer, without an ounce of business sense. While i'm glad to hear we submitted our response to the FDA, the fact that we followed six months of silence with a formal letter (vs. speaking to shareholders) is a total joke. Reminds me of the compliance group at my company - sitting back in their offices, writing memos, and praying they don't have to take a risk or speak to anyone face to face. We call them the "business prevention team". Well, the "business prevention team" is the COB of our company right now.
Hoping we get new leadership soon - and they absolutely clean house. It's time for a new beginning - to have someone with business sense, connections and the ability to take the kind of risk that is critical for this company to reach it's full potential. That would set us up for 2024 to finally be "The Year".
